Though not being in business I've been a fan of John C Maxwell for some time now and just, over the past few days, listened to his 3 CDs 'Leadership Gold' - easily gave it 5 out of 5 stars. Authors I recommend in the same vein include Gregg Braden & John Assaraf with Murray Snith (The Answer) - & now I wonder about my allocating 5 stars.... but that's my honest opinion, though I've often been irritating with 'Yes but?....' as answer.
