Hi Craig,

I’m looking forward to downloading your free ebook. Unfortunately the computrer I’m on won’t allow it. Grr.

I’ve just done a follow-up to a post you commented on not so long ago. Just to let you know I think I’ve found a way to integrate the Borden Method and Mind Mapping. If you got time, I’d be interested in seeing what you think.

I’m busy planning for an excellent Powerpoint speech to a veterinary Conference in Kampala in Nov.09, so REALLY look forward to downloading your free book – plus others in this as well as the similar vein of ‘Positive proactive service delivery with an infectious smile’ (as always the title shortens or grows as I plan/develop the presentation).
